30-Day Refund (U.S. Domestic Orders)

DR.Blet offers a 30-day refund policy. You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date by emailing info@drblet.com

If you used the product as directed but are not satisfied with the results, we offer a 100% refund (review required).

Returns Before Use (Unopened / Unused)

To be eligible for a return before consumption, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags/packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)

How to Start a Return (U.S. Domestic)

  1. Email info@drblet.com within 30 days of delivery to request return approval.
  2. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
  3. Any free gifts included in your order must be returned as well.
  4. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  5. For returns over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or insurance.

Refund Processing (U.S. Domestic)

Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@drblet**.com** immediately so we can assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@drblet.com and include your order number, plus:

  1. Photo of the outer box showing the shipping label/tracking number
  2. Photo of all items received in the original packaging
  3. Close-up photo of the damaged/incorrect item

Claims may be denied if the required photos are not provided. Please take photos before discarding any packaging.
